La Bousquette

AOP cairanne Rouge

The confidential cuvée

This cuvée comes from a single plot over 80 years old. These two inseparable vines are aged together in the cellar to produce a wine with aging potential, with slightly smoky aromas and a pronounced acidity.
The plot is located in the highest lanb. The soils date back to the Quaternary period and consist of grey clays and limestone gravel.
Because of their age, the Grenache and Carignan vines grow together naturally produce very small yields.
